Keith Reeves possesses a wealth of over 29 years experience in the electronics and communications industry. He began his career as a Cryptographic Communications technician in 1982 when he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force. He went on to become a Secure Communications Electronics instructor and was singled out as the Instructor of the Year for 1985 and went on to earn his Master Instructor certification. In 1986, he was selected from among the top five percent in the Air Force to obtain his BSEE degree through a highly competitive Air Force commissioning program. He achieved his Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri, Rolla and later that year received his commission as an Officer in U.S. Air Force. After receiving his commission, he was selected to be the Program Officer for the Tactical SIGINT Technology program where he was the DoD focal point for introducing new technology into the battlefield. After leaving the Air Force, he joined Pentek, Inc. as an Applications and Systems Engineer where he performed duties of a Sales Engineer and was responsible for new product definition, marketing and sales activities, as well as initiating strategic alliances with third party hardware and software vendors. In 1997, Keith founded Cowboy Industries Inc. in Lewisville Texas, just outside of Dallas. CowBoy Industries Inc., a technically oriented Manufacturer's Representative, is a premier supplier of technical information and synergistic, high-performance signal processing hardware based on leading edge ASIC, DSP, and FPGA technologies. As President, he is involved with all aspects of technical sales, product development, and customer support. Keith is married and has two sons

Mark Holland has a wealth of over 29 years of experience in the communications and electronics field. He stared his career in the United States Air Force in 1982 where he graduated with honors as a Cryptographic and Data Communications technician. He went on to become a master instructor teaching cryptographic theory, detailed circuit analysis, and troubleshooting techniques for both Secure Communications and Advanced Space Cryptographic Communications-Security systems. As manager of a communication-electronics maintenance division, he gained a working knowledge of telephony, cable infrastructure, intrusion detection systems, ground-to-air radio, weather and navigational systems. He went on to work at the Defense Information Systems Agency where oversaw the global implementation of secure and non-secure Internet Protocol Networks (SIPRNet/NIPRNet) for the Department of Defense. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Park University, Parkville MO and has been repeatedly recognized as top in the field: Top Communications-Electronics SNCO in the Defense Information Systems Agency, Top Communications-Electronics Manager at Langley Air Force Base, and #1 graduate from Professional Military Education. Mark joined CowBoy Industries in September 2005 as Vice President. CowBoy Industries Inc., a technically oriented Manufacturer's Representative, is a premier supplier of technical information and synergistic, high-performance signal processing hardware based on leading edge ASIC, DSP, and FPGA technologies. As Vice President, he is involved with all aspects of marketing, technical sales, customer support, and product development. Mark is married and has one daughter. |
